Great Place to Live!! I have lived at the Villas for two years now. Their maintenance staff has been so wonderful, they are willing to fix things at the drop of a hat. They also have an upgrade program to help everyone pick what they would like in their apartment which is amazing. I just got my whole downstairs upgraded with wood plank flooring. Office staff has been more than helpful. And I love my two car attached garage!! I highly recommend the Villas to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
The Villas at Arboretum I have lived in the apartment for 9 years. I love the complex. It's very clean and well kept. A big plus is the 2 car garage with private patio. The cabinets and appliances could stand an upgrade but not a big deal.
