I’ve been living at Villa for 2 months now and it’s a great community! Cynthia is the best and has taken the best care of me. She made my cross country move 1000 times easier for me! I feel very safe, happy, and comfortable here.
Villas on the Strand is a very nice complex and I really enjoyed the tour. It feels safe and secure and is close to fun on the Strand. Beautiful 2 bedroom units are available and I wish I could say it will be my new home. Unfortunately, it's a bit out of my budget and no 1 bedroom units are available.
Cynthia was a great tour guide of the apartments. Very honest and funny. I felt like the apartment were well kept and clean. Differently interested.
Cynthia was awesome! The tour was very extensive and there was no rush whatsoever. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Galveston area and very helpful.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Place was nice when I moved here but it has went downhill. My home was broken into and I was attacked and had my vehicle vandalized and Stephanie Beeks tried to evict my kids and I for defending myself and property. After eviction being dismissed in court (because what judge wouldn’t dismiss it), she continued to harass me, sending threatening emails etc. Her supervisor sees no issue with her behavior so I had to take a legal route for the continuous harassment for the past 2 years.
