Incredibly poor experience dealing with Villas and I do no recommend at all. I am incoming resident physician at UTMB that has been trying to find housing in the Galveston area and have only had poor experiences with trying to find an apartment at this place. They only lease out apartments no earlier than a month beforehand and told me they are very strict on having the apartment go out to whoever can call first on 8AM a month before the move in day opens, no exceptions, and that it is basically a bloodbath.
