My elderly cat Priscilla recently became very unwell. We attended Vineyard Vet for the first time and we were so impressed by the care and attention they showed us and her. She spent a number of days at the hospital in their care and I can honestly not rate their amazing service high enough. I want to share my recent experience at a veterinary clinic. I took rescued baby bunny there to seek some assistance. However, the receptionist made me wait for over 45 minutes without informing me about any after hours consultation, despite knowing that I was new to the clinic. The doctor seemed ungrateful and she told me they never looked after bunny before, didn't even examine the bunny. Dr. Rob Zammit is truly one of the kindest and most compassionate individuals I've met, both for animals and their owners. A trip to the vet can often be just as stressful, if not more so, for the owners than for their pets, and Rob is always attentive to everyone's needs. He consistently goes above and beyond. I have been bringing my dogs to VVH for 23 years. The care has always been amazing and particularly when there have bern concerning times, the team have been so very supportive. My dogs are my family and they love going to VVH so much so that they open the front door and take me in! I am sure there is a canine version of thank you that truly expresses my gratitude.
Thank you Russell for taking such great care of our boy. You took him in on a Saturday, operated that day and kept us informed with his recovery every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough for the care and attention you gave, and at a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere. I'd prefer a clinic that is full of customers that is staffed with people dedicated, kind and committed to their job than the fancy 5 star clinics with coffee machines and wifi stations, who are more interested in over servicing and over charging.
