I brought my cat to Vineyard Veterinary Hospital and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about animals. The vet took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure my cat felt safe and comfortable. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and easy to access with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, compassionate care for their pets!
I have been visiting this clinic for a while now, all the staff are lovely, but a special shout out to Dr Russell for always being so friendly and warm and making me feel comfortable. I really appreciate all his support over the years. I also really appreciated the advice I received about a semen report from Dominique today, she's professional and answered all my questions with patience and friendliness.
After having many dogs over the last 30 + years and seeing many vets. Nothing compares to Dr Russell, his exceptional knowledge right from the moment he sees my dog through to the final result. Very caring and knowledgeable Vet.
I attended the clinic last friday for my border collie (Luna's) yearly check etc. Again, it was a wonderful experience with friendly and professional staff. Dr Lauren was fantastic, friendly and attended to all the questions we had about Luna. Luna loved her! She even gave us some advice about feeding for our rabbit and current health issues we needed to be aware about. The advice and support was very much appreciated. Used to be great but now a money grabbing business. My two shepherds have been regular patients in this clinic and we always take them to Dr. Luke or Rob when they are available, amazing vets. .. but lately the place even charges write a prescription note even when they medication has run out in their practice, when I asked why charge for the prescription letter when I saw Dr Luke 2-3 weeks ago but forgot to ask for a refill at the time and now just need meds or prescription letter the, girls at the reception were saying v... read more
