My cat got sick and unfortunately had to put her down! And the way they cared for her and us was out standing, the emotional connections this vet has was beautiful and helped us grieve in the best way possible. Too many amazing words for you all. Thank you so much for ur love and support you showed.

Didn’t have to wait for long for our appointments so far! Appreciate the fact that we get to go into the vet’s office pretty much straight away on arrival and not have to wait at the reception area with other pets as that causes so much anxiety due to my dog’s reactivity towards other dogs and even worse, cats! Also super love and respect that Dr Lauren and Dr Luke (the ones we’ve seen so far) both sat down on the ground to ease my dog’s fear. My elderly cat Priscilla recently became very unwell. We attended Vineyard Vet for the first time and we were so impressed by the care and attention they showed us and her. She spent a number of days at the hospital in their care and I can honestly not rate their amazing service high enough. She received around the clock care and lots of cuddles and attention from the staff. We were updated daily on her health and progress. We truly felt the love they had for our gorgeous girl. Sadly our Priscilla didn't make it, but they... read more

I was not impressed at all. We had booked our German Shephard for desexing and gastropexy and had waited months for the appointment based on really positive reviews. The appointment finally arrived and in the morning of drop-off we arrived early and they were running late, and it was complete chaos in the waiting room. After about an hour, we still couldn't drop off as the vet wanted to speak to us but apparently wasn't available (despite him otherwise happily walking around). After being placed in a room with our GS, we... read more

My dear elderly mum , made the hard decision to euthanise her loyal old companion dog. The receptionist Emma, was very helpful on the phone and Dr Smith was very gentle, sensitive and compassionate which helped mum say goodbye to her little, loyal buddy. Thank you to all involved you are much appreciated 🌹🙏
