I have lived here since July 2024. Everything has been great, the noise level is low, no issues with my unit or appliances, the building is clean and well kept and no issues with safety. I recommend them! Courtney is great as well as the office manager!
I had such an easy experience with the application process and steps to attain my new apartment at Vintage Century Farms. Kaelah in the front office was specifically very helpful in assisting me throughout the entire thing! So far I lovveee my new spot and I am so happy with all the amenities, location and cleanliness of the property. Will definitely recommend! Thanks, Kaelah, for being so awesome and kind.
I have lived here over a year and the office staff is amazing!!! The location is super convenient. And my neighbors are fairly quiet. I enjoy the community events we have and my family and friends always tell me how nice it is when they come visit.
I absolutely love living here! The place is gorgeous, the staff is phenomenal, and I don't use that word lightly. You can tell that staff really cares about the residents and the entire place brings you a family feeling.ive created relationships here that can't be broken. I've lived here for almost 5 months and it's by far the nicest staff and residents I've encountered. If you are looking for a place to live especially in an up and coming area move here you won't regret it.
The ladies that helped us were really great from start to finish. They were patient and guided us in every step of the way. Ms. Courtney, Ms. Shontelle and I forgot the other young lady that be there on the weekend as well. I apologize for not remembering her name but they were all great. From application process to two for verification as well as onsite process, with there help it was as smooth as it can be. So thank you all. #VintageAPT
