I have lived here since July 2024. Everything has been great, the noise level is low, no issues with my unit or appliances, the building is clean and well kept and no issues with safety. I recommend them! Courtney is great as well as the office manager!
I had such an easy experience with the application process and steps to attain my new apartment at Vintage Century Farms. Kaelah in the front office was specifically very helpful in assisting me throughout the entire thing! So far I lovveee my new spot and I am so happy with all the amenities, location and cleanliness of the property. Will definitely recommend! Thanks, Kaelah, for being so awesome and kind.
I have lived here over a year and the office staff is amazing!!! The location is super convenient. And my neighbors are fairly quiet. I enjoy the community events we have and my family and friends always tell me how nice it is when they come visit.
Have been meaning to get around to this , i lived here 8 months last year . The blonde lady in the office with the glasses is the rudest I’ve ever met. I ended my lease early to move after being uncomfortable and feeling like i was being singled out with my dog since i had a put Bull they charged me over 5,000$ to move after telling me it was only one months rent plus the current to move (which is my fault i should’ve looked at my lease) once it was put on my portal it was no going back. putting 650$ fees on my portal also ... read more
I absolutely love living here! The place is gorgeous, the staff is phenomenal, and I don't use that word lightly. You can tell that staff really cares about the residents and the entire place brings you a family feeling.ive created relationships here that can't be broken. I've lived here for almost 5 months and it's by far the nicest staff and residents I've encountered. If you are looking for a place to live especially in an up and coming area move here you won't regret it.
