I've been living at Vintage Century Farms Apartments and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to address any concerns or maintenance issues promptly. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautiful swimming pool area and clubhouse. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern. I have lived here over a year and the office staff is amazing!!! The location is super convenient. And my neighbors are fairly quiet. I enjoy the community events we have and my family and friends always tell me how nice it is when they come visit.
The new staff is TOP NOTCH!!! The maintenance crew is so reliable and efficient. My husband and I are glad we chose this place because everything has been going great. We moved in last month and I am very pleased with the work ethic of the entire crew. I hope they keep up ALL THE GREAT WORK!!!
Please do your research and keep a solid paper trail when considering this complex. I applied, paid all fees, submitted my deposit, and selected a move in date. After an unfortunate wreck i asked if i would be able to change the move in date or hold the unit. Ashleigh stated that isn’t possible but they could reinstate my application at a later date. I had an absolutely awful experience here. I lived at this complex for two years and when I moved in the management was fantastic and the buildings were spotless. When new management took over, it became unlivable. I had numerous issues with cockroaches, break ins, packages being stolen, gang activity etc. and the complex did not care at all.
