Tom let me try out all the things I wanted to see. It was helpful to handle the knives I have seen on-line and get their true size. They also had a lot of other blades that I will definitely come back for! Thank you for your help and attention.

I emailed them the other day about an issue that the rubber coating was coming off easy of the handle. I bought the knife in June of 2024. They told me that it’s not under warranty and that it’s wear and tear. I understand that part, but when the coating comes off easy even when you accidentally rub your fingers on it. I loved the knife, not asking for my money back but a paint job. And now the coating is coming off more and more each day.
This is a nice operation. Store front open to customers and helpful staff. I first bought s knife online but then being close to Miami figured I’d stop in. Met Tom who was just super.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! These guys have really high quality knives for reasonable prices. They always have sales and discounts as well. Could never find a knife like this until I found Viper Tech. They also have excellent customer service!
