I emailed them the other day about an issue that the rubber coating was coming off easy of the handle. I bought the knife in June of 2024. They told me that it’s not under warranty and that it’s wear and tear. I understand that part, but when the coating comes off easy even when you accidentally rub your fingers on it. I loved the knife, not asking for my money back but a paint job. And now the coating is coming off more and more each day.

Had an amazing experience! Ordered 2 small concealed knives (shaped like lipstick). Bought one for me and my mom :) wish they had more options tho!
Not a good experience. Sent one knife back because there was play in the blade. Now paint is coming off. 6 months old knife. Danny, thank you for making it right. Very awesome and very durable knives, especially the OTFs. I have been buying Viper Tec for many years. I'm a collector and I use mine as tools as well. Never really had any issues with the OTFs and I beat my knives up a lot. I still have my very first Viper Tec knives I bought years ago! I highly recommend these knives!
