I emailed them the other day about an issue that the rubber coating was coming off easy of the handle. I bought the knife in June of 2024. They told me that it’s not under warranty and that it’s wear and tear. I understand that part, but when the coating comes off easy even when you accidentally rub your fingers on it. I loved the knife, not asking for my money back but a paint job. And now the coating is coming off more and more each day.

I’m happy with my other two free ones but the butterfly knife is about an inch or so shorter than they should be, the balance is off etc. Also my otf I did order is the venom, and I got the Matrix not happy about that. Also they were failing out of the box not opening all the way and being a pain they work 80% of the time
