Their knives are very good, just don't order more than 1 knife at a time or your order will not be fulfilled. They'll charge you for both orders and only send 1. Had this happen to me. I was told to wait and see if order was correct, which it wasn't. After several emails and weeks they did correct the order with a substitution. Foolishly I made another order and it happened again. Charged me for both and only sent one order. They did refund me. I wouldn't trust them again to order from them again.
The folks at Viper-tec were super friendly and accommodating! Let my husband geek out and try out all the blades to his hearts content. They offered great price-points and metal options, and wrapped up his purchase for the flight home. Thank you for your time!!
Tom let me try out all the things I wanted to see. It was helpful to handle the knives I have seen on-line and get their true size. They also had a lot of other blades that I will definitely come back for! Thank you for your help and attention.
I emailed them the other day about an issue that the rubber coating was coming off easy of the handle. I bought the knife in June of 2024. They told me that it’s not under warranty and that it’s wear and tear. I understand that part, but when the coating comes off easy even when you accidentally rub your fingers on it. I loved the knife, not asking for my money back but a paint job. And now the coating is coming off more and more each day.
I feel like they more than take their time dropping off orders for shipping. I also called and was lied to by the man that answered the phone aswell regarding shipping. He was reassuring and polite and reasonable however he still lied. The knives are strong solid and have a great weight and I really like them. This company needs to work on getting those orders out on time to the post office.
