I had a terrible experience with both the administration and the clinical staff. This office billed me for a procedure that never took place. Instead of correcting the error, they spent weeks avoiding my calls. When I finally spoke to someone, they were incredibly condescending and insisted the procedure was done, despite my first-hand knowledge to the contrary. I went here a few months ago and the experience wasn't great. To start, the staff wasn't very friendly. Then my appointment was extremely rushed. Then doctor wanted me to start an expensive prescription/shot for my skin condition, which has horrible side effects. I agreed at first, but changed my mind. When I called them back a few days later to explain that after research I decided not to proceed and wanted to pursue alternatives (other than the prescriptions that they never sent to my pharmacy) I wasnt contacted back. I'm just not impressed with this practice. The front desk lady was the only person in a good mood. The nurse I had was unfriendly and didn't even look at me when speaking with one another. I waited almost 45 minutes to just be told there's nothing they could do and that will be $50. I saw a nurse practitioner, and usually I prefer that but the one I saw just seemed like she was uninterested in what I had to say. She was nice but not really helpful.

Awesome! The staff was simply wonderful. I like a business that is approachable, and know their patients as they enter and exit the building. That's a win-win for me! I like to feel like the sitcom "Cheers," where everyone knows my name!
