Awesome! The staff was simply wonderful. I like a business that is approachable, and know their patients as they enter and exit the building. That's a win-win for me! I like to feel like the sitcom "Cheers," where everyone knows my name!
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience when I had a procedure done at VA. Dermatology and Skin Cancer center in Newport News. From the receptionist to all the staff and Doctors they all showed compassion, professionalism and made sure all questions were answered before and after my procedure. I was very pleased with the staff they made me feel very important. I had gone to another one first and was not treated well at all and they did nothing for me. Today I was so happy to have a good Dermatologist. I will tell everyone that needs to go to one to come to this place.
Virginia Dermotology and Skin Cancer is an excellent place to go to. I'm not just saying this for brownie points. It's such a welcoming place for any kind of skin treatment. The wait time is next to none after finishing your paper work. And EVERYONE there has a pleasant disposition.
One of the best experiences and care I have ever received! After going through pain for years... Finally found a doctor to help with my diagnosis.... I was well taken care of and my problem was solved! I appreciate Dr. Brian Johnson and staff so much! Very clean office, felt comfortable and safe! If you ever need help with your skin this is where you need to go! So Thankful!! ☺️
