Spacious apartments which are ideal for tenants who may need wheelchair or any other equipment. Office staff is very pleasant and patient if you need any assistance. My experience with maintenance has been very positive. I especially like the location because it is close to everything that's important to me.
James was amazing to get me from start to finish. Vonda went above and beyond with showing the apartment again and receiving important documents to have all be finalized. I truly believe Vita found me as a new tenant with amazing people who work here with exceptional kindness. Thank you both again for your professionalism.
I lived here with my newborn baby and it was a good at first until it wasn’t. First the apartment above us had a water leak causing my ceiling to leak water, which then caused mold to grown in a closet. The situation wasn’t handled in a fast enough matter considering a newborn was living there! Then I started to see one or two cockroaches and that number increased over time even with them sending the exterminator. They have valet garage pickup so everybody leaves their trash out in the hall, so they’re BOUND to have roaches.... read more
I am always pleased with the quick response on maintenance request. Vonda is alway very professional and courteous. She takes care of you as soon as possible. Greg one of our maintenance workers is always fast and efficient. Professional and a very exceptional worker. Knowledgeable in his craft.
I originally gave vita a very good rating. And I am person that believes you should acknowledge the good and the bad. When I lived here I had nothing but good things to say. However, upon moving out my review has changed. 1st I asked for a walk through tour when I moved out. I was told that they had to wait until I moved out for them to view the apartment.
