I’ve been living here coming up on 2 years and my AC went out over the weekend (during a heat wave). I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the next day! Living here has been a peaceful and everyone is super nice. Thank you DeAhn and the maintenance team for helping us!
So first off it’s nothing luxury about this place . Things is always broken. The manager is so rude and a liar . So cares nothing about the people we’ll let me correct myself she cares about who she wants too . It’s no parking structure the visitors can park where ever they want to leaving no room for the people who pay rent here. We have to park in the visitor parking because it’s no more parks, not only that you have a long walk . We had a great tour with James with him showing us a couple of different apartments. He also showed us the community room. Great experience overall.
VITA LUXURY APARTMENTS ARE AMAZING!!! James went above reproach to be sure that my father's transition to his new apartment home was flawless. James is kind, professional and knowledgeable. We love Vita for Daddy ❤ thank you for everything.
Charged for “luxury” yet something is ALWAYS broken or “down”. We were without a working elevator for 2 weeks this past fall; now our front door to the building will not unlock (yet it’s been “fixed” multiple times). Overall, I just think this place is bs. Overcharged for a place that’s average, definitely not luxury.
