This company takes advantage of elderly people. They just add random charges and won't explain or require evidence for the fees. Their standard operating procedure is to send a legal threat the day after rent is due. Regardless of if the cause for being late was a medical emergency. Giving one star only because zero isn't an option. Beware of any properties managed by these people!
