Absolutely no follow up labs on the patient's presenting problem, which was a bladder infection. Absolutely no coordination with patient's doctor to obtain orders relevant to bladder infection. Patient medically decompensated significantly. Patient ended up back in the hospital for the fifth time.
It's hard to trust anyone when taking care of family members but I am so thankful we trusted these amazing people with my loved one. They are kind, caring, compassionate and go above and beyond for their patients. Thankful for VitalCaring.
