This was my very first time coming in for IV hydration, and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist, Alejandra, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She answered every single question my grandma and I had and made us feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and had everything we needed. I’ve visited this place a few times now, and every experience has been good, but I have to give a special shoutout to Janet from my last visit. She truly has the best energy! Janet made my time there not just comfortable, but honestly fun. Her customer service is top-notch and her contagious, upbeat attitude made the whole experience a delight. Great experience, the staff was amazing very professional and made me feel at home. Very good hospitality and great environment. Linda was amazing and very caring. Loved the energy. It was my first time at Vitality and I am not one who is a fan of any injection. I was welcomed and checked in by Janet who was confident and reassuring of the process. The nurse who administered the b12 was nurse Linda. She explained the b12 frequency and route, gave me a choice of administration site. I have to admit, it was quick and PAINLESS! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Vitality.
Linda and Janet were super sweet. Both made me feel real comfortable. I also love that you get your own room and a heated blanket.
