I been with this agency since i started the care for my mother, it’s not a good agency to work with, they been calling you with different agents saying you don’t sign in your claim week. If i don’t sign in their APP i do it on a phone number they provided me wish they said i get register in their computer system. I’m looking for new agency ASAP. I guest they don’t train their staff at all, this is a horrible agency to do business! 🥲🥲
Avoid at all cost. I just had to leave them. I didn’t get paid for 2 months called many times left many messages. It got to a point where I started recording myself leaving messages daily and when i was finally able to speak with someone from payroll (stipend). I could barely understand her. Pushed through it tho just had to ask her to repeat it to me a few times. I've been with vitra health care for a little bit over Three years I've had some good case manager and nurses over the years today I spoke with the head director evenly she definitely explained to me how the payment goes and she resolved my issues thank you Adult foster care is the place to be when your with Vitra health care
Do not use them for Adult Foster Care. They have the slowest process knowing that people rely on ADH to care for their loved ones. I contacted them and asked for a supervisor to contact me before posting this weeks later.. They sell you on their program and being user friendly when that is so far from the truth. They need accountable management. Use a better agency like Fortcom Health
I am in a bad health situation,and inept at every step the took. I had 2 friends move in then out because they needed to secure an apt for their sanity. I get losing the last one I was then ignored by vitro the would not telling what was going on this time. I actually became so aggravated that I said I was going to lookup the CMRS and then take from there. I was Then told I had a record and couldn’t apply.
