Such a nice office. Cheerful, clean, and comfortable. They have a tea and water station and multiple seating areas. The staff is welcoming and gives clear instructions, as today was my first appointment and I didn’t know what to expect. After confirming I completed the intake forms already, they had me provide a urine sample and upload my ID, insurance card, answer some Covid-related questions, and sign a HIPAA document. One of a kind. Viva Eve was able to make what is typically uncomfortable procedure into a surprisingly comfortable experience. They completely changed my perspective of OB/Gyn visits positively. The Manhattan clinic is very clean and all the doctors and staff are friendly. Dr. Alexis explained everything so well. You truly feel well cared off. Equipments are also advanced.
It was my first time visiting this doctor’s office and I give it a 100. I absolutely recommend it for your OBGYN CARE and If you have any issues with Fibroids!!! Their office is super clean and the staff is very knowledgeable,professional and courteous! Dr. Natalie Harris was my provider and I have to say I haven’t meet a care provider like her in a long time, she was not only knowledgeable, professional but her patient care is a 100. She is so sweet, I absolutely loved her!
As a first time patient of this practice I only have the highest praise for everyone who is affiliated with it. They are true professionals who care for the baby and pregnant mom like their own family. Dr Harris was incredibly caring , knowledgeable and most importantly she made my wife feel comfortable. Thanks to their team they enabled the most beautiful thing possible to mankind-childbirth-to be a seamless process. I look forward to using this practice again in the near future and would highly recommend.
