THEY NEED A WINDOW FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST WORK, I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 8 AM, I SHOW UP AT 7:40 EVERY DAY. I'VE HAD TO LEAVE ATLEAST 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BECAUSE OF THE WAIT TIME, LEAVE A WINDOW OPEN FOR PEOPLE WITH JOBS. CLEARLY IM IN THERE EVERYDAY IN MY UNIFORM WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS IN PAJAMA'S. STUPID ANNOYING!!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I've been to so many different clinics in my life but this one has such a totally different vibe in the best way possible. I received so much help in a matter of a week then I have in a hole year at my other clinic. For once when I walk out those doors I can truly say they really care about my well-being. I never give 5 stars because we all have room for improvement, myself included. I've been to many methadone clinics in my life time but what I like most about this clinic is location, service and most importantly they make me feel like family. I have been coming to this treatment center for just over three months now and my life has changed for the better in such a small amount of time. I have been using off and on for about 15 years and thought recovery was never a possibility for me. Thank God this place exists. I've been to many TX places and was a bit apprehensive to go to a MAT TX center. I wish I would have went sooner, I felt I was giving up and giving in by deciding to go here but nothing else had worked and had to give it one more try and again thank God I did.
