I have been a patient here for almost 2 years now, my wife and I transferred here from the other place in town because we were tired of being around the riff raff. Was a patient at new seasons for 5 years. Couldn't take the chaos any longer. The wait times were so long at times (I've waited 4 hrs more than a few times) you had people trying to get to work and couldn't wait and they went in search of their dealer so they made it to work on time. THEY NEED A WINDOW FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST WORK, I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 8 AM, I SHOW UP AT 7:40 EVERY DAY. I'VE HAD TO LEAVE ATLEAST 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BECAUSE OF THE WAIT TIME, LEAVE A WINDOW OPEN FOR PEOPLE WITH JOBS. CLEARLY IM IN THERE EVERYDAY IN MY UNIFORM WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS IN PAJAMA'S. STUPID ANNOYING!!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I've been to so many different clinics in my life but this one has such a totally different vibe in the best way possible. I received so much help in a matter of a week then I have in a hole year at my other clinic. For once when I walk out those doors I can truly say they really care about my well-being.
