Had to take my Volvo in for service. Matt was Super helpful, courteous and explained everything clearly about my warranty. They got me a loaner car and fixed it in a very timely manner. Service was great and I didn’t even buy the car from them. I bought it used in NC but they treated me with great respect.
Steve White Volvo Service Center is very thorough, courteous and efficient. I loved the fact that the technician made a video that was sent to me while he was performing the inspection of my vehicle. He went over everything he saw, ensured that my parts were in good shape, and discussed my tread life in the video. It was the type of service expected from a luxury dealership. Went in to test the ride & comfort of the XC40 & 60.Both were great, I was surprised with the XC40, plenty of room (I’m 6’, 250#) After some quick discussion with Sheryl we settled on the XC40 Ultra B5 AWD. We buy a car ~ every (2) years, this transaction was the easiest & fastest we’ve ever had. Had a minor issue a week later, VCofG valet service is great! They dropped off a loaner, took my car in, repaired in a timely manner, washed & returned it. Highly recommended VCofG! Eli & Laurie
The service experience at Volvo Greenville was very good. Wait time was exactly as expected and the wait area was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. The only surprise was the $55 charge to rotate the tires. I have always had the tires rotated during routine service and was surprised that this was not included in the 3 years of complimentary service when we purchased the vehicle. Especially when the service cycle is one year.
This was the worst experience I ever had with a Volvo dealership. First impression is that this is no dealership of Volvo rather it is a dealership of trailers! The service is with the Audi dealership and the service team is incompetent to diagnose any issue without being able to plug the car up to a computer. Best part is that they did nothing as their computer wasn't able to to connect with the car and charged me $215 for labour of not being able to do anything?
