The technician was very courteous. He took his time to make sure that both the indoor and outdoor unit was working properly, and he also answered questions that we had.
Not good experience at all with this company. This company was 6 time in my house and fix the issues temporarily. Each time they came he provided a different excuse to explain the issue. The amount of photos is just a small sample of the headaches I had. I’ve requested him the logs of our conversation but he refuses to give me.
Thankful for Danny and all his help! Got us a brand new unit in 2 days before Christmas! No other company id use
I would definitely recommend Vortex based on my experience. The technician serviced my A/C system as promised and walked me through some of the issues with my unit that weren’t included. I had him install a surge protector to ensure my compressor was protected and he showed me a U/V bulb that needed replaced. He cleaned up the area and was very personable! Great customer service!!
Danny did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and professional. Got everything up and running very quickly. The office staff was wonderful and fit me in the same day. Thanks to everyone.
