I called Vortex about an issue with my AC. They replied very quickly and solved my problem quickly. They were very hones and up front with what needed to be done. I highly recommend them for any AC work

On Monday I noticed my AC leaking and felt a little panicked. I called Vortex and they were able to have someone come out and replace my AC in a few days. All the employees were so incredibly kind. The installment was delayed a day because of the weather and they had a supervisor come to my home to inform me. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time without AC in the dead of heat in the summer. I was given a fair price for the new AC unit and free maintenance for a year and a warranty.
