I called for a diagnostic and was told by customer service the charge was 65$ anything further the tech will discuss pricing with you on the spot. the gentleman and he was a nice guy but not somebody you want to do business with. in about 10-15 finds the issue fixes it and comes to me with a bill after he already did the repairs without saying a single word to me. completely took away any chance to try to shop the best deal to get the repair done. this is some of the most disgusting behaviors I've seen when it comes to busin... read more
I had Vortex Heating and Cooling come out to my house today and they were able to diagnosed the problem right away. Danny the technician did a great job of explaining to me the issue and what he was going to do to resolve it. Danny is a great asset to this company and made me a customer for life!
My A/C wasn't working for a few days, and when I called Vortex after hours one evening, they came to the rescue within a few hours and took care of the drain line issue at a very affordable price. I had received an outrageous quote from a different company right before calling Vortex, so I was very happy about my decision. Bill was great over the phone when I first called, and Danny, the tech, was pleasant and effective. Vortex was clutch and will definitely by my go-to HVAC company.
Danny did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and professional. Got everything up and running very quickly. The office staff was wonderful and fit me in the same day. Thanks to everyone.
Not good experience at all with this company. This company was 6 time in my house and fix the issues temporarily. Each time they came he provided a different excuse to explain the issue. The amount of photos is just a small sample of the headaches I had. I’ve requested him the logs of our conversation but he refuses to give me.
