I was shopping around and then a close friend highly recommended VORTEX to me. My first contact, Chris was very helpful and friendly. She was able to schedule me with in a few days after I made my decision with the help of their very knowledgeable tech, Danny who took the time to educate me on the different brands. I highly recommend this company. They recently installed a mini split air system at my place working around other contractors. Very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They also quickly responded to an issue that was not their fault and resolved it. The whole staff is top notch! You will not regret hiring them! Not good experience at all with this company. This company was 6 time in my house and fix the issues temporarily. Each time they came he provided a different excuse to explain the issue. The amount of photos is just a small sample of the headaches I had. I’ve requested him the logs of our conversation but he refuses to give me.
A very simple issue that Danny W addressed quickly. The big part of this was how quickly Vortex responded and how patient Danny was with my complete lack of mechanical knowledge. First time I’ve called them since they installed my minisplit. I am impressed with the initial team and then the follow through 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
