After reading a lot of blogs, no one seems to question the quality of their laser systems but I have found a number of old posts (mostly very old) complaining about there customer service / technical support. I don't know if they had issues in the past but my company bought it's first Vytek laser after selling our Kern in 2012 and then our second Vytek machine in 2015. I have 2 Vytek Lasers 1)2008 FXB 51"X 51" 2)2005 FX2 24" X 36" Thanks to Vytek for making lasers that can stand up to Everyday use. I did buy both Machines used and needed a little TLC. I couldn't afford to buy new machines. The staff at Vytek was great at getting me up and running with all parts I needed for replacement. Because Vytek took care of me even though I didn't buy new that says a lot about them as a company. Check them out today!!
I'm sure there are satisfied customers for Vytek Laser Systems, but I can't say I'm one of them. I bought my laser at a trade show in May of 2010, and right from the start, it was a bad decision. The salesman lied to me about several things such as the promise that they would be able to make the changes from a 100 watt to a 200 watt in the machine I bought. If you purchase a system from Vytek, make sure you understand the ins and outs of it well. You will need to be able to repair it yourself. They are workhorses making hours and hours of throughput, but if something wears out or catches fire, you are on your own for repairing it. The customer service at Vytek is basically a voicemail system that fills up with no persons responding. You are better off getting DIY instruction from Youtube. Good luck.
