I strongly recommend this shop. Walter is an honest and reliable guy, and I’ve trusted him with all my cars for years. Recently, I received a coupon from a local dealership offering a very cheap oil service, so I went there to take advantage of the deal. I came in with a broken axle on my 2500 Dodge Ram. It was a very difficult situation because the truck was not drivable and had to be brought in on a tow truck. To make things more complicated, the repair was under an extended warranty, so insurance was involved. Alex was able to figure out a way to get the truck up on the bay and also worked in collaboration with the insurance company to make sure the bill was covered. Walter and his team are the best. Not only is his service top notch, he's always easy going to talk to and his parrot is super cool, too :) Don't be afraid to bring in any car you have, although Walter specializes in European cars, he's serviced my Ford Escape and Toyota Highlander. He's the best.
Walter (owner) and his team of mechanics are fantastic and honest. Though they specialize in European cars, they are knowledgeable across all brands.
