Lilly, my 1 year old dog was not eating, nor moving. We are here from Virginia and I am grateful for the staff at Waco Animal Emergency they saw Lilly and ran a few simple test, gave us meds to help so she will settle her GI tract and be able to eat! While there several others came in with real life threatening emergencies and the staff were quick to take care of them. I had a great experience and am grateful for their treatment of Lilly!

Tonight I brought my baby and I had a vet be incredibly degrading. My dog had to get her abscess drained and due to me having to decide to sign a DNR or not I wanted to ask question. She seemed very annoyed and was speaking to me as if I was stupid. I train vet science teams I am not completely ignorant but not an expert either. They did not explain anything well to me and I was left for 3 hours confused I had to ask a lot of questions. However the other staff was wonderful and my dog is doing good.

Waco Animal Emergency Clinic is owned by Valley Veterinary Care. Don't even think of taking your pet to any hospital owned by Valley Veterinary Care. They also own Dallas Animal Emergency. They had a veterinarian violently choke someone's pet that was there for euthanasia. It was witnessed by two employees and recorded on the hospital video monitoring. If I could give a lower rating i would. Brought our in distress pregnant dog in, Instead of taking us into a room to wait, they made us sit in the lobby while the dog began to give birth to the first puppy breach. We had to call to have the vet tech come out, who says has that puppy been hanging out of her long, not a let me help. But stands over my wife while she's pulling the puppy out.
