I love this place.My doctor's office is up on the fourth floor another doctor I see is on the fourth floor so making my visits very convenient. If you need a doctor I will tell you , my doctor is Dr Myer and she's awesome. They have other doctors there , but she's mine , and I love her! I also seen Dr Mike next door at this speciality clinic , and I like him too only seen him once , but I'll see him again next month. I also love the wellness center. Great new building, but ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST PARKING LOT EVER. Not enough handicap parking and the parking lot is way to small for the building. Dr's are coming and going so much you can't even keep a regular Dr and have to continuously tell your entire medical history over and over. I was a patient at the Madison Cooper Outpatient Clinic since 2001. Since 2017 I average a new Dr every year and have had Dr's quit before I even got a 2nd visit. Dr Mayham needs to be fired for telling me my condition was a non emergency that was very unprofessional on her behalf!!! And she was really rude she has no concern for the Patience just only her pockets (GREED)$$ I COULD SEE IT IN HER EYE'S So my next steps I will be making a formal complaint with WACO FAMILY MEDICINE .. The dental services seem to be declining fast as far as affordable services. They don’t do anything “major” they aren’t taking new clients. Just make it difficult to be seen if you don’t have pain. I just need teeth cleanings and fillings. So my mouth doesn’t get worse. Preventive care at decent prices is just not attainable here. Do better for those without insurance. Thanks.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Waco Family Medicine. Initially, I attempted to obtain the Good Health Card but was declined. Despite that, I chose to proceed with care and pay out of pocket, which I now regret. I was charged nearly $500 for a single appointment that lasted approximately 10 minutes, which I feel was excessive for the level of service provided.
