I have been a patient at Waco Family Medicine for six years and honestly, this clinic has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Over the years, I have gone through at least five different primary care doctors because they kept quitting or transferring. That alone says a lot about the stability and quality of this clinic. My current doctor is personally nice but that is the only positive. Had a good experience with the dental clinic despite being 5 minutes late. Everyone was helpful and polite. I saw the dentist and other staff who provided the necessary services. I would definitely recommend the dental clinic.
I HATE THIS PLACE!! The new building has a ton of doors not in use . Departments don't communicate with each other & very rarely are these ppl actually trying to help . Shout-out to the guy in prescription assistance and the girl in the pharmacy who helped me get the medications I needed for my T1D daughter. The girls in eligibility are rude and don't want to help with assistance and eligibility at all.
I love it here they got my blood pressure down to normal witch has been a on going battle for years with me. Love my Dr. They have been a life changer for me
I have been going here since i was 16. I love this place. So friendly and understanding. My only issue is when i call it takes FOREVER to get someone to answer the phone.
