I have been a patient at Waco Family Medicine for six years and honestly, this clinic has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Over the years, I have gone through at least five different primary care doctors because they kept quitting or transferring. That alone says a lot about the stability and quality of this clinic. Dr Mayham needs to be fired for telling me my condition was a non emergency that was very unprofessional on her behalf!!! And she was really rude she has no concern for the Patience just only her pockets (GREED)$$ I COULD SEE IT IN HER EYE'S So my next steps I will be making a formal complaint with WACO FAMILY MEDICINE .. Attaching a screenshot of the Chief Medical Officer publicly stating that Massachusetts “deserved” a snowstorm and harm because it voted blue. Physicians pledge to do no harm and to care for all communities without bias. Publicly suggesting that people deserve suffering over politics is fundamentally at odds with those principles. As the CMO, he represents the ethical standard of the entire organization. This comment raises serious concerns about judgment and leadership.

The slowest doctor office I've ever dealt with, not only when I call I can never get ahold of anyone calling multiple times of waiting 5+ mins for someone to answer!!! But when we do have a appointment waiting in the room for a hour + just to be seen and something else is when you have a belief on something they don't need to cram whats wrong about you're beliefs but they do... also if you need a referral get ready to wait weeks cause they don't have anything situated and use every excuse under the books.

the new building is really pretty but get in touch with someone on the phone is impossible i being trying to talk to someone for 2 days and no one responds the phone they need to hire more people to answer the phone, the first time i call was waiting for 40 minutes and i lost communication never was able to have someone to get the call , second time was waiting for 29 minutes until the call drops again and no one responds, today I try again to see is someone is working there. this problem is the same ether for the clinics... read more
