Dr Mayham needs to be fired for telling me my condition was a non emergency that was very unprofessional on her behalf!!! the new building is really pretty but get in touch with someone on the phone is impossible i being trying to talk to someone for 2 days and no one responds the phone they need to hire more people to answer the phone, the first time i call was waiting for 40 minutes and i lost communication never was able to have someone to get the call , second time was waiting for 29 minutes until the call drops again and no one responds, today I try again to see is someone is working there. this problem is the same ether for the clinics... read more
I have been a patient at Waco Family Medicine for six years and honestly, this clinic has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Over the years, I have gone through at least five different primary care doctors because they kept quitting or transferring. That alone says a lot about the stability and quality of this clinic. My current doctor is personally nice but that is the only positive.
