My 5 y/o was a bit nervous before her appt. today. Dr. Tovar was the perfect combination of professional and playful to help my daughter feel comfortable. The front desk staff and nurses were kind, the office was clean, and all processes seemed thorough yet efficient. Great experience!
I take both of my daughters here and have never had one bad experience. The ladies that work at the front desk are lovely and so helpful! The nurses are so sweet and attentive! And I can’t say enough about Dr Tovar!!! She truly is amazing!
I'm looking at the reviews and I guess I'm not the only one that complains about front desk not answering the phones. Yet nothing is being done. I have seen 2 to 3 front desk ladies. I know one of them can answer the phone. How do you expect one to cancel an appointment if they don't even pick up the phone. It's been my 2nd call with each call waiting for 10 to 15 mins each. Yet no one ever picked up. I have other things to do too Ridiculous!!!!!
Julia Riley takes excellent care of me. She takes the time needed to fully answer any questions I may have. She also makes sure I am seen quickly.
