If I could give no stars, I would... anyways, this location takes foooooooorever to get anyone to answer the phone.. I mean, like 40 mins on hold. Then the lady who answered the phone clearly wants to be anywhere else other than answering said phone. She answered with a sign. Then asked what I wanted. I am writing this while currently on hold I've been on hold for at least 40 minutes and they have not answered my call at all, the low ratings should tell you everything you need to know about this clinic!
My son was seen on 2/14/25 for an ADHD evaluation. He was said to have ADHD and was prescribed a stimulant that is on a manufacturer back order list. I have attempted calling several times in an attempt to 1. Get a confirmation letter from the doctor for the school so I can get him on a 504 plan. 2. Get him prescribed a medication that is available so he can be properly treated. To this day on 4-7-25 I still have yet to hear back from the provider. I'm so happy this place exists to help people. Everybody is so so nice, and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and caring provider like Dr. Petra Constable :) I am just so grateful to everybody there, their friendly demeanor and smiles made me feel so comfortable! Thank you!
Dr Liamon is supper nice, however the front desk ladies are rude in person and over the phone. They never have nobody who speak Spanish and they never apologize for the wait, never make me feel welcome and dismiss my questions and concerns. 30min waiting on the phone to speak with anybody (either English or Spanish). They refuse to help me download the app even tho I asked many many times while at the clinic. This has never happened me before at the BH Clinic. Unfortunately they are not taking transfers
