If I could give no stars, I would... anyways, this location takes foooooooorever to get anyone to answer the phone.. I mean, like 40 mins on hold. Then the lady who answered the phone clearly wants to be anywhere else other than answering said phone. She answered with a sign. Then asked what I wanted. I am writing this while currently on hold I've been on hold for at least 40 minutes and they have not answered my call at all, the low ratings should tell you everything you need to know about this clinic!
The front desk lady they never answer the phone !
My son was seen on 2/14/25 for an ADHD evaluation. He was said to have ADHD and was prescribed a stimulant that is on a manufacturer back order list. I have attempted calling several times in an attempt to 1. Get a confirmation letter from the doctor for the school so I can get him on a 504 plan. 2. Get him prescribed a medication that is available so he can be properly treated. To this day on 4-7-25 I still have yet to hear back from the provider. I'm so happy this place exists to help people. Everybody is so so nice, and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and caring provider like Dr. Petra Constable :) I am just so grateful to everybody there, their friendly demeanor and smiles made me feel so comfortable! Thank you!
