When I couldn't find any one that could see me in Temple or Belton where I live. Someone refered me to this place in Temple but they had no obgyn here . I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in the very next day.. Even though I had no insurance they offered me financial assistance that I could go through after my appointment. I saw Dr Rebecca Mahan. A. she was the sweetest and most helpful soul.. All the staff and nurses were very helpful in my opinion. I been thare for 10+ years and thay just remodeled in and out of it also I love dr. starla johnson she never did us wrong and never stur us wrong I recommend her
I have 2 of my kids going there to see Stephanie Clause, out of my 2 one has asthma and he is 5 months and every time I take him to the emergency room he has to get breathing treatments. One of the doctors at the hospital that was helping my son asked me why I want ask his physician which is STEPHANIE CLAUSE about nebulizer for him at home since he noticed that he has been coming to the hospital for the same repeatedly thing every time he comes. Every time I visit this office on as 18th street im fearfull of who is going to welcome me, because I’ve had bad experiences most of the ladies are not friendly cold hearted and rude. I’m always hoping Kyla Evans will be the one that checks me in, she provides EXCELLENT customer service, Kyla is very professional, caring and always welcoming with a warm smile on her face. Sherry Harris assisted my daughter today in her triage area and check in. Ms. Sherry was very thorough, and more importantly extremely friendly and helpful! Even through her mask we could see her smile and felt very welcomed. Thank you Ms Sherry for an amazing experience!
