I'm glad I found a good and caring doctor. Doctor Porter listened to everything I talked about and gave great advice and was just overall great. Thank you for doing what you do.
Some of the nurses are mean and talk to me like I am dumb or something when they actually are the problem because they aren't reading my message just glazing it over and then responding but they aren't reading the stuff that's important and they make assumptions. Its annoying. If you wanna have attitude then at least have reading comprehension 😒
Dr. Porter is very professional, kind, and responsive to questions. He has good people skills and is knowledgeable in caring for his patients. Nurse Tanya is a wonderful nurse who is attentive to the patient and their needs. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff to take care of your medical needs. Thank you Dr. Porter.
Dr. Carey is great but the staff is ridiculous. Rude on the phone. Will talk to you like your dumb. Set an apt, tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and then still sit there for over an hour and when you ask if your going to be seen, they are rude and say just wait. If you can't keep up with a schedule then dont book that many apts in one day!!!
So my girlfriend and I were on the hunt for a Medical facility that could complete a Diabetes test for her. Upon arrival I spoke with a lady up front who was extremely rude and acted as though I had asked her a question that was unknown in the medical world. My question to her was, "can you guys do a Diabetes test for my girlfriend?"
