Waco family medicine West Waco, what can I say they are absolutely top-notch. Dr. Porter has been my doctor for the last 9 years. He is absolutely the BEST doctor I have ever had. His nurse Candace is caring and helps out with any questions you might have, and answers them to the best of her ability. The receptionists are wonderful, greeting everyone with a smile. If you're at a doctor that you don't receive this kind of care i highly recommend Waco Family Medicine West Waco clinic.
I finally set up Carey Lape as my PCP. What a nice experience I had when visited her today😊😊😊. Although it wasn’t planned, she advised me to remove 10 skin tags and she did in 5 minutes. The front staff are also very good. You guys deserve 5 stars. Keep it up, team!!!
Dr. Porter is very professional, kind, and responsive to questions. He has good people skills and is knowledgeable in caring for his patients. Nurse Tanya is a wonderful nurse who is attentive to the patient and their needs. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff to take care of your medical needs. Thank you Dr. Porter.
Some of the nurses are mean and talk to me like I am dumb or something when they actually are the problem because they aren't reading my message just glazing it over and then responding but they aren't reading the stuff that's important and they make assumptions. Its annoying. If you wanna have attitude then at least have reading comprehension 😒
I'm glad I found a good and caring doctor. Doctor Porter listened to everything I talked about and gave great advice and was just overall great. Thank you for doing what you do.
