I’ve had such a great experience as a patient at the WFM West Waco Center. Dr. Porter is a great provider. I moved to the Dallas area and still come back to see him and the team. Sylvia, Beatrice, Ally, Candace, Julia, and Carey Lape are all wonderful too! Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and they genuinely make you feel at home. You can tell this team cares about their patients. Def recommend. 10 stars out of 10.
I've been a patient of Dr. Carey for over 10 years, and I truly couldn't ask for a better primary care physician. She always goes the extra mile to find solutions and genuinely cares about her patients. The doctors Carrie and Dr. Porter are awesome. The front desk staff Sylvia and Beatrice are awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. The lady that checks you in Julie is awesome. The lab lady Venera is one of the best We can’t leave out Al and Candice the two nurses. The whole staff is awesome. Some of the best Family doctors you’ll ever go to
Carey and the entire staff were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. Carey took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the compassionate care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor. Both physicians at West Waco Family Medicine are wonderful. I have always left my appointments feeling listened to and genuinely cared for.
