Be forwarned about billing!! I was originally told by Mark that my case would never cost the whole retainer that I had to pay. He said it would cost probably about half. It was a simple case he said. 10 months later it is finally finished and it has cost me triple the amount that I was originally told.
Rita was an amazing lawyer! She was very professional and provided me with the best service and advice on how to proceed with my case. My divorce and child custody case became extremely nasty and very time consuming. Rita was able to help me get what was best for myself and my children. I would definitely recommend Rita!
Divorce is a very hard time for anyone, but Rita made the process smooth, easy, & not as painful. She made sure to go over the paperwork thoroughly with me making me comfortable with everything that it said so that I clearly understood all of the legal jargon. She told me everything to the letter to expect at the filing and it went quicker than I expected.
