I did NOT like the way she handle my son. I told her my son hasn't been eating for the past 2 weeks. He is 3 years old and im having to go back to baby food so that he can have food in his system. All she did was check his eyes ears and press on his abdomen. She then said he's healthy and to stop giving baby food. I am very disappointed in the way she handled our visit. I am now having to take my son to an emergency visit because he is loosing weight.
I had an overall great visit front to back , Dr Santiago was really thoroughly explained what needed to be done for my daughter and Tirzah loved her!!!
I LOVE WALESKA AND STAFF RPB IS THE BEST ..BUT ONLY BLOOPER IT IS SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL OFFICE STAFF DIRECTLY
Dr Santiago is a very knowledgeable and caring pediatrician. She has been my pediatrician for more than a decade and I recommended her to my sisters and their families.👍🏼🙂
