We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Wallan Veterinary Hospital and feel it is important to share our experience for other pet owners. Our dog Diego had blood tests in July 2025 which showed a significantly elevated ALP level (712 U/L, well above the reference range). While further investigation was mentioned, there was no structured follow-up, recall, or monitoring plan put in place that we were aware of. took my extremely sick pet to the “emergency vet hospital” I was told I couldn’t be helped as I didn’t have an appointment. I’m so sorry that my pet couldn’t wait to get booked for an appointment. If your too busy for emergencies hire more vets and don’t advertise that you can take emergencies. wish I could say my archie went peacefully.
