I got into an accident in December 2024. Walner Law cold-called me, along with several other firms. They seemed friendly and had decent reviews, so I went with them. At first, everything seemed fine. While I was in treatment, they were very communicative, like almost to the point of being annoying with how often they reached out. Unprofessional, had my case passed around to multiple people . They do not call you for updates you have to call yourself. It has been almost a year since my accident and I still do not have a settlement offer. I am stuck in debt and whatever I do recover from this case ( if I do ) will not be anything compared to what I have lost in the span of all of this. If you are thinking about them taking your case please do not. I was recommended this law firm by a friend and I have no clue why. They will completely ghost you.
