Run away. I'm not saying stay away, I'm saying run away. A simple car accident case dragged on for over two years. The insurance company paid $18,000, leaving me with $8,000. I was referred to a hospital-style physical therapy center arranged by the law firm. From what I understand, they have an agreement with the law firm, and you pay both the lawyer's fees and the referral fee from the money the insurance company pays you.
