Mold in apartments for months. There was a police report made for a chronic peeping tom that the apartment denied but I had to have a detective get involved with. Conveniently for them, after moving out they added a ring camera to my previous apartment door and put a fence around the pool. They informed me at that time there was only one camera on the property at the front office. If you are a single woman I would not suggest staying here. Mallory was Amazing 10/10 across the board ! very very helpful informative and completely went all out her way to make sure i got what needed / what fit me financially ! my girl was working after hours to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed in and for my apartments i get so many compliments i love the neighborhood, lots of shopping and food places very convenient very quiet friendly neighborhors !!! thank you mallory 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
NEVER AGAIN. I haven’t been in the apartment for three months and been having trouble since day one. The day I moved in it felt like maintenance rushed their job to finish the apartment. Cabinets weren’t even in the drawer. Roaches were all over the kitchen counter tops, floor of the kitchen, bathroom. The roach problem continued for a month. The apartments are fine for what you’re paying for. It’s not updated, the kitchen is quite small, and the dumpster is far away. The only amenities you have access to is a pool. Now I like that my apartment is on the third floor and I have a vaulted ceiling and natural skylight. The location is generally safe and I haven’t had any problems security wise personally. I was upset i had an appt for 2:30 and got there and was told i had to wait 20min. I went sat in my car and left it was giving unprofessional already especially after they kept sending me appointment reminders wouldn’t have thought i had to wait, if so i would’ve showed up late. Any other apartments i had appointments with were ready for me when i got there.
