Mold in apartments for months. There was a police report made for a chronic peeping tom that the apartment denied but I had to have a detective get involved with. Conveniently for them, after moving out they added a ring camera to my previous apartment door and put a fence around the pool. They informed me at that time there was only one camera on the property at the front office. If you are a single woman I would not suggest staying here. Before we had moved in, the manager told us that they didn’t have any showings that we could see & that the apartments are exactly like the pictures. Turns out the layout is NOT exactly like the pictures. Their appliances are old and not modern… And their gate is always open and not gated like they said they were. I would not recommend living here unless you are on a budget for an apartment!
Farah has been a huge help getting things in order and helping our living expenses and experience go smoothly. Great management and maintenance all around, thank you to Lloyd for fixing my dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The timing was great came fixed my problem immediately Ms Farrah and Ms Dawn when I told them the problem
Mallory was Amazing 10/10 across the board ! very very helpful informative and completely went all out her way to make sure i got what needed / what fit me financially ! my girl was working after hours to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed in and for my apartments i get so many compliments i love the neighborhood, lots of shopping and food places very convenient very quiet friendly neighborhors !!! thank you mallory 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
