Experience has been good overall. I’m a general contractor and don’t want to nag the staff for repairs. Made a request for an appliance repair and dated the time I made the request. After 2 weeks I called back for a progress report. She looked into it and pulled my file to the top of the pile. The repair man was out that day to inspect and said he would be ordering us a new one. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Sometimes the squeaky wheel may get some oil.
Mold in apartments for months. There was a police report made for a chronic peeping tom that the apartment denied but I had to have a detective get involved with. Conveniently for them, after moving out they added a ring camera to my previous apartment door and put a fence around the pool. They informed me at that time there was only one camera on the property at the front office. If you are a single woman I would not suggest staying here. Safe place to live . But the infestation is terrible . There will be roaches in your bathroom , in your kitchen & in your microwave. & in your bed room . It’s sad that they have not found a way to handle this infestation. Since 2020 of my knowledge. There has been a roach problem in many buildings . Just after a certain time you will not have parking near your apartment .my mother has water roof damage in her closet that has never been fixed . Her appliances are not up to date either. I hope one day they can do better
Before we had moved in, the manager told us that they didn’t have any showings that we could see & that the apartments are exactly like the pictures. Turns out the layout is NOT exactly like the pictures. Their appliances are old and not modern… And their gate is always open and not gated like they said they were. I would not recommend living here unless you are on a budget for an apartment!
I stopped in off the road because i seen free rent signs on the main street and i stopped and inquired and the manager farrah greeted me with oh i see you drive a motorcycle because i had my helmet on and proceeded to tell me how her husband drove motorcycles and came off too flirty for my liking as a apartment manager if my wife would’ve been with me there would’ve been a problem for sure and the lady looked to be high off marijuana and had a odor of it as well as her eyes were half opened i would know being a law enforceme... read more
