NEVER AGAIN. I haven’t been in the apartment for three months and been having trouble since day one. The day I moved in it felt like maintenance rushed their job to finish the apartment. Cabinets weren’t even in the drawer. Roaches were all over the kitchen counter tops, floor of the kitchen, bathroom. The roach problem continued for a month. Currently a problem with water leaking from the roof in the bathroom when the people above me take a shower. Water bubbles in the ceiling. People in the office are no help. It feels lik... read more
The apartments are fine for what you’re paying for. It’s not updated, the kitchen is quite small, and the dumpster is far away. The only amenities you have access to is a pool. Now I like that my apartment is on the third floor and I have a vaulted ceiling and natural skylight. The location is generally safe and I haven’t had any problems security wise personally. The Walnut Creek and the whole creeks community is very well maintained and beautiful and my wife felt very safe being there at night while I was at work. The expressway is right behind it and in the living room you don't really hear it because they have new windows installed but the bedroom still has old windows so the expressway is pretty loud but at night with a fan going you can kinda tune it out. Walnut Creek Apartments is a safe place to live. The neighbors are great, friendly and courtous all the time. It is always clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful.
