Over all it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They explained everything I needed to know and Dr. Singh was wonderful. But they need to find a good phlebotomist. I was poked 3 times until they were able to find my vein and now I have pretty significant bruising on my left hand. Also witnessed a man being poked a lot more times that I did for the same reason. It should be an easy fix. Keep the good work!
I had an amazing experience getting my right eye cataract removed. Staff is excellent and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Lee is great! What a fabulous operation they have. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs. Extremely pleased with surgery outcome and process.
Dr. Singh and his Team provided the best service that I have ever experienced compared to my past surgery procedures. I was pleasantly received from the front desk reception right up to the wheel chaired services provided. These just reflected the outstanding customer service this organization provides, not to mention the outstanding nurses who took care in preparing me for my surgeries. Very skeptical at first with it being my first time. They were very knowledgeable, and professional,treated me with kindness and respect. The surgery on my right eye was a success and I'm looking forward for the surgery on my left eye next week!
Great experience! Every part of my surgery day went so well thanks to this team! Dr. C is the best and has such a good bedside manner, which is needed with an anxious patient (which I was).
