This facility is great! The customer service the nurses the staff the doctors! All treated my mother and myself so great! The nurse explained it all so well and clearly and her voice and attitude were superb. I wish I could remember her name but she helped my mom Rosa De Hoyos and Isabel thank you for keeping her company and speaking to her in spanish to give her comfort. I will recommend this eye doctor to everyone!
I had my right eye cataract n lense surgery on yesterday, and when the whole surgery team said it wouldn't be no problem and non evasive and that I will be just fine n alright, was just that!!! I was scared bcus of it being my eye and blood pressure went up high, yet as the time waiting progressed I began to calm down and by surgery I was good and especially during surgery I felt nothing. I had my second year checkup on my lenses. One eye had scar tissue. Within just a few days the appointment was scheduled. The staff were so nice and friendly from scheduling, checking in, pre-prep and finally the procedure. The procedure was so quick! Dr. Singh was very good; the procedure was like a part of a regular eye exam. Thank you to Dr. Singh and the whole Surgery Center staff.
From the moment I walked in, I experienced total comfort, assurance, and an encompassing feeling that all would be well, that I was among friends, and that I would be well-cared for. My anxiety diminished, and I went into surgery much more relaxed than I ever imagined. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience
I am absolutely thrilled with my results from Dr. Singh. I had gone to Brooks Eye and I just didn’t feel “seen” there…so this was my second (and last) consultation about my cataracts and lens replacement … it was five star in every way!! I highly recommend! Don’t wait if you are considering it at all because you won’t be disappointed!
