Start to finish, having Cataract surgery at Walnut Hill was a breeze! Had so much fun with the pre-op staff, someone jokingly asked us to pipe down. 😀 I saw (pun intended) awesome results immediately. Can't wait to have my 2nd eye done.
I had surgery twice at Walnut Hill Surgery for cataract removal. These folks are awesome. A fine tuned, efficient and friendly team of professionals. Informed me of everything that was going on, warm blankets, happy to answer any questions, took great care of me from the moment I walked in until they took me to my car. Highly recommend!
I had my second year checkup on my lenses. One eye had scar tissue. Within just a few days the appointment was scheduled. The staff were so nice and friendly from scheduling, checking in, pre-prep and finally the procedure. The procedure was so quick! Dr. Singh was very good; the procedure was like a part of a regular eye exam. Thank you to Dr. Singh and the whole Surgery Center staff.
This facility is great! The customer service the nurses the staff the doctors! All treated my mother and myself so great! The nurse explained it all so well and clearly and her voice and attitude were superb. I wish I could remember her name but she helped my mom Rosa De Hoyos and Isabel thank you for keeping her company and speaking to her in spanish to give her comfort. I will recommend this eye doctor to everyone!
From the moment I walked in, I experienced total comfort, assurance, and an encompassing feeling that all would be well, that I was among friends, and that I would be well-cared for. My anxiety diminished, and I went into surgery much more relaxed than I ever imagined. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience
