I had 2 cataract surgeries within a week of each other and it was a great experience. Fast, friendly and professional. All the nurses, especially my nurse, Twee, were personable and informative. Dr. Chinichian was kind and professional. He met with me before the procedure(s) to give guidance and quickly got me in and out of surgery. Very caring & attentive staff. I am looking forward to improved vision. Dr. G is great! I would suggest 2 things: 1) Simplify paperwork with a better breakdown of costs. 2) An assigned primary nurse throughout the process...sometimes difficult to get phone calls returned within a day, (especially when contacted about schedules change) and since there were multiple contacts, sometimes the info varied.
Dr. Chinichian and his whole team were amazing. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Alex made sure I was comfortable and Angela made it as relaxing as possible. Would definitely recommend this facility and this team.
Start to finish, having Cataract surgery at Walnut Hill was a breeze! Had so much fun with the pre-op staff, someone jokingly asked us to pipe down. 😀 I saw (pun intended) awesome results immediately. Can't wait to have my 2nd eye done.
I just had my first cataract procedure on Wednesday and go back for second next Wednesday. Everyone from the Building Security Guard to the wheelchair trip back out to the car and everyone in between were welcoming, thoughtful, respectful, polite, and most importantly, thorough! I am seeing 20/20 again. My wife also had hers done here several years ago. We are pleased to recommend Walnut Hill Surgery Center to anyone needing their services!
