I’ve been going to Dr. Falconer for years. He will work until he finds a solution. I give him praises for his excellence in care, his tenacity, and his ability to think outside the box by offering new technology to find a resolution to urological Issues. He loves what he does and offers concern for each one of his patients.
I went to the Dr falconer under a referral from my primary care doctor. He seemed like a professional, but the staff is just the opposite. On that day when I was leaving the doctor's office, the front office gave me an appointment for 01/08/2026 at 10:30 am . I got there 15 minutes earlier and sit down and waited 20 minutes. The receptionist called me up to the window and said we don't have no appointment for you. Well I had the paper that they wrote it on but the woman still denied the appointment.
