I observed a pest control technician spraying a pesticide known to be toxic to pollinators, including into the air and toward neighboring properties. This practice directly contradicts the product labeling, which explicitly advises against spraying into the air. Upon further investigation, I sent someone to inquire about the substance and purpose of the application. The person who comes to our facility is Dustin. He is someone that always does a good job. He is pleasant to all the departments he needs to visit. I personally feel comfortable contacting him when he isn't at our facility to ask a question or talk to him about any issues. Kudos to a ob well done!
Outstanding customer service. The technicians are always polite, clean, and professional. They work hard to solve the issues and save the customer $$. Very impressed with their knowledge and most important, the relationship they have with each individual customer. I highly recommend them.
We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony.
