5/5 stars!! This whole company has been nothing short of amazing! Today I had an incident in my house and called very upset. A technician was at my house within 5mins. I know this might not be the case all the time but they have always been able to help us very quickly. All the technicians have been very professional and informative. I would highly recommend their yearly plan! It has always been so worth it for us! Great for new home owners especially!! Thank you Waltham Pest Services!!

Very professional. Everyone I talked to was kind and informative. Setting the appointment up was quick and easy. They arrived the next day. When at my house the tech was very polite and respectful of me and my home. He did a thorough inspection, he kept me informed through everything. This company is amazing. You will get treated with respect and as if you were a friend. I am very happy employees and company. Great experience I am thankful that I called them.
Moving into our new apartment we were a little blindsided and found to have some pest issues. The first person we had from Waltham told us we had Pennsylvania carpenter ants which in the back of my head knew was most likely a lie but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would come back to inspect but not much was done after (could of been the fault of the apartment management here, who knows).
