FINALLY...the gentleman who showed up today, Pume, engaged me with a level of professionalism that simply does not exist within his company, nor the leasing office that governs Highland House Apt LLC. He alleviated ALL of my concerns, used a calm, relaxing tone, and incorporated an attitude which inspired me to ask if he had a way to provide him a positive review. Hence this transcript. I would give 100 stars, if the protocol was in place to do so.
Great experience with Chris S. He came out to do an inspection for some pest issues I’m having at my house. He was very thorough and offered on his recommendations on my best options for my problem. Very nice guy and easy to talk to. He came out once before for another property of mine and was super helpful there too - highly recommended.
Our experience has been incredible. They are here twice a week as scheduled, complaints are down and they are quick to follow up. Mike is great in his follow up, building relationships, as well as giving us guidance on improvements we could make. Highly recommend Mike and Waltham Pest

Mike is the best! I've been working with him for almost 4 years now for general pest control and I super appreciate his professionalism and communication. At one point, we had a severe ant problem, only had to notify Mike and it was dealt with almost immediately! Only had to deal with the ants for 2 days!
