My experience with Ward and Partners (Dartford branch) has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. While the team was enthusiastic and responsive at the start, that level of service quickly vanished once I signed the agreement. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. We were supposed to have a valuation done with Wards. Didn’t show up, no phone call to let us know they were running late/not coming. When speaking to head office, informed it was in the dairy and even they were surprised no one had shown up. Valuation also supposed to be done by the branch manager. Have not rearranged as this was incredibly unprofessional and do not trust them.
