Would give less than the obligatory 1 star. Partner called to book a viewing for a property and was met with nothing but sigh's and sure's while we set it up. Was promised a confirmation - never got one. Was promised a call or email if the property got taken before our viewing, which worked perfectly as we'd be traveling abroad to come see it - never got that either, assuming it got claimed as it's no longer up.
