The best estate agent we have used. Communication is brilliant and constant, we don’t need to chase to see what is happening. They are also great at keeping you informed of what’s on the market, but not in a pushy way, which means they are doing the same for my property. Rob, Julia and the poor lady (name begins with E and I have stupidly forgotten) who had to tell me my buyer had pulled out on exchange day are all absolutely brilliant. I feel supported and know they have our interests at heart. Thank you team.
A big thank you to Ryan who got our property online and made it look lovely for people online to view, I’m sure it helped with selling it quickly. Julia had to deal with a long drawn out complicated situation due to solicitors we used when buying 8 years ago not completing important paperwork properly. We have used Wards on numerous occasions now and can’t thank them enough. Thoroughly recommend them.
David and jodie were amazing in helping us get our rented property. They were always helpful especially when i phoned about 50 times up until we moved. Cute welcome to as well once we picked out keys up with essentials. Seamless process from start to finish. Wards are a great agency and everyone is lovely.
