The team at Wards, Ashford have been amazing. From our very first meeting with Jo to our completion day call from Ryan, we have had nothing but excellent and professional service. They have been prompt to reply to any queries or concerns and always patient and friendly. Big shout out also to Julia, Holly, Rob, Sally and Ally. Sorry if I've missed anyone but you were all great!
Wards, Ashford were great. Ryan, Julia, Rob, Romie, Ally and Jo were very friendly and really helpful. I had 16 veiwings booked within 1 day of being on the market and 5 offers by the end of those. Sadly, the house I planned to move into fell through. When I find another, I will be straight back on with Wards.
A very big thank you to Romie and team for their hard work in selling our house. They shown dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process. Romie was very helpful always answering our questions and willing to assist with any matters. Viewings were booked up within days of registering with the estate agent. Absolute first class service from enquiry to moving in from Kayleigh in Ashford. Original house we enquired about she was honest about that we were unlikely to get due to pets, so pointed us in the direction of another little gem which we fell in love with on viewing. Kayleigh through constant communication throughout the whole process made it less stressful as moving can be. Highly recommend Kayleigh from Ashford, if you end up being lucky enough to have her as your agent, you are very lucky!
