We our now settled in our new home and are very happy we would like to thank Ethan, Ashley and the team for the good and efficient service we received. Whilst we made a decision not to use Wards based on their fee structure and additional charges, we have been extremely impressed by Lucy. Her tenacity and attention to detail have been exceptional and she demonstrated a level of professionalism and maturity that was beyond her years. Even after losing a potential instruction Lucy showed a rare trait among sales people in maintaining client contact, being gracious and offering help if we change our mind.
