At all the Wards marketed properties I elected to see, appointments were made for viewings, with emails and messages confirming times and addresses. It took over a year to find a buyer for our house in Margate, but during that long period the staff at Wards, Cliftonville, arranged a steady flow of viewings with cheerful optimism and sound advice. We came to regard Victoria, Katy, Megan and Joe not just as impartial agents but as sympathetic friends, who understood our frustrations and concerns. They were simply splendid, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending them - and Wards in general.
Very happy to have used Wards for the sale of our home. We got a confimed buyer very quickly. Although, the process took a long while (Solicitors!) we were kept informed at all times. Purchased a property through these and despite all the delays the solicitor caused Wards were always on the ball. Arranging surveys with the sellers directly for us, keeping us informed of everything via telephone rather than snail mail like "some" people. From the viewing with Katy to updates from Emma and Victoria it always made my day hearing from them as it was always progreession news. 5 stars everyday.
