I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Wards for all their help and support throughout the sale of my house and our move. Gary( Branch Manager) , Hannah(Sales Manager) Luke ( Sales & letting advisor) Jenny( administrator) But a special thank you goes to Kim, the Senior Sales co-ordinator , who truly went above and beyond to ensure the exchange took place. We were looking to buy a property in the area and worked with Hannah during our search. Although we ultimately couldn't find the right home for our needs, Hannah was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and was always happy to answer questions and offer honest advice. We viewed several properties with her, and she was professional, friendly, and helpful at every stage. While we haven't found our perfec... read more
It's been a lovely journey and we couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received from Ward Property throughout the entire process. Well I am pretty much going to say the same as the last review ! As I can’t recommend Wards Gillingham enough! From start to finish, the process was smooth and surprisingly quick. A massive thankyou to Hannah, Gary, Nicole, Maria and Julie. They were always responsive, clear, and supportive with all queries or instruction. My partner and I couldn’t have done it without their expertise and dedication. Truly grateful to everyone involved! We have settled into our new home now and we are absolutely loving it! Thanks again 😊

Hannah and Jenny have both been fabulous for generating bookings during the viewings period. A thanks to Luke as well. Kim fantastic with the STC period helping with the complicated process of keeping everyone updated with progress and any information/ issues that occurred! So thank you all very much and I’m sure you are all breathing a si... read more
