Estate. Agent Nicole and Adam were really helpful and did fantastic job in arranging the house viewings. They provided detailed information and made sure we were ok as a first time buyer and quite nervous. Adam showed us the property. Respectful, warm and helpful and made it a very good experience. Nicole did fantastic in explaining the technicalities and process of the buying process and made honest and positive recommendation of other service providers. We enjoyed working with Wards. Friendly and professional service. The sale of the property was quick and efficient even when we had to re-market the property a second time. Kim looked after the after sales. She picked up any queries I had during the sale immediately, and got back to me very quickly with the response. She kept me informed at all times. I don’t often write reviews but honestly the team in Wards in Gillingham have just been amazing. I appreciated Gary’s realistic valuation. Having never sold a property before. The wonderful Nicole found me my perfect house, Adam negotiated a favourable sale and made sure I was the successful buyer of said - perfect house. Buying and Selling is always painful but Kim helped at every hurdle and I’m very grateful for her support. You get what you pay for and I think Wards are worth every penny!
