I can’t recommend Wards Gillingham enough! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick. A huge thank you to Kim( Sale Co Ordinator), Gary( Branch Manager) , Hannah( Senior sale & letting advisor) Nancy Sales & letting advisor) Maura( Trustee administrator). They were always responsive, clear, and supportive. I couldn’t have done it without their expertise and dedication. Truly grateful to everyone involved!

I have successfully sold 2 houses through Wards this year and cannot fault the service I have received. This review is for the Gillingham branch but the Rochester branch is also excellent. I felt the staff here did everything they could to make sure the sale of property went smoothly and they were always on hand to give me updates and to chase up paperwork when necessary. A huge thank you goes out to Kim, Gary, Nicole, Hannah, Maura and the rest of the staff.

Gillingham ward, I remember the first time I approached them of our intention. You encouraged us through it.you were helpful during, honest and kind. We had to go back to check like 3times to ensure we saw what we thought we saw and every time we wanted to recheck, the door was opened and they were supportive till the end. Wards Gillingham have been amazing from start to finish, they are all friendly, helpful, reliable and honest which makes the process of selling and buying a lot smoother and not as stressful. Thank you to Gary for his help at the start and a massive thank you to Nicole who has been exceptional from holding viewings right through to our completion, nothing was too much trouble for her and we appreciate it! I was an Estate Agent skeptic, but had to use one when selling at a distance. Gary initially onboarded me and then handed over to Kim. We had so much trouble with the buyers solicitors and lender and I was so glad I didn't have to deal with it. Kim dealt with it and kept me updated. So glad I didn't have to deal with the stress
