Wards was initially very proactive in marketing my property. Everyone was polite, pleasant and professional Unfortunately the process took so long that only Yasmin was there throughout. Once Kim Batchelor was appointed to help to move things on I felt very supported. Her efforts really helped. She was very informed about her job and offered welcome advice when needed.
