Wards was initially very proactive in marketing my property. Everyone was polite, pleasant and professional Unfortunately the process took so long that only Yasmin was there throughout. Once Kim Batchelor was appointed to help to move things on I felt very supported. Her efforts really helped. She was very informed about her job and offered welcome advice when needed. I had a great experience buying my first home from Wards. From Tanisha who organised multiple viewings and was always enthusiastic and helpful with any questions I had. Amelia from mortgage matters who could answer all my financial questions and made the enitre process of getting a mortgage far easier than I had thought. FInally Kim, who was very helpful in getting the solicitors to move forward to complete the sale quicker than I had thought possible. The experience was excellent from start to finish.
