Wards Gravesend have been amazing from start to finish calling them to book a viewing was easy but the property didn’t work out for us, Tanisha kindly helped us by recommending some properties resulting in us finding the perfect home, Kenny is very prompt at his replies on email and was a pleasure on viewing the property with him, we was handed over to Kim who is so kind and helpful went above and beyond to answer all my weird and wonderful questions. I had quite a challenging journey with moving home. Mostly, wards were good, the girls in the Gravesend office were amazing and very helpful. Amelia was amazing with helping sort my mortgage/finances out. She was very thorough. Kim, the senior sales processor kept in touch at all times. She was great when I needed updates.
