I cannot thank the team at Hythe Wards enough. We originally met with Mark to put our house up for sale at the beginning of 2024 however changed our minds due to our wedding and honeymoon coming up. Such a great experience with the Wards Hythe Team. All of the whole team were so helpful but Darren in particular really went the extra mile, it wasn't an easy sale and purchase for us through no fault of wards but they relentlessly chased with us in regards to solicitors and were very informative and helpful with anything they could. We knew from the moment we found our home that it was the one for us and the whole wards team made it a fantastic experience, thank you all of you and especially to Darren.
Avoid or be prepared to have a break down. After meeting them at the house. That was when the nightmare began. They recommend the auction route and from then on life was hell. No matter how many times you asked for costings you never received it. Constant emails from thier partner auction company. I was even asked for a certificate to prove my father had lost capacity and a copy of POA. I had to assure them that a dead person definitely had lost capacity and the POA was now void. I would like to say thank you soo much to both Darren and Mark for all the hard work and effort into getting my property sold. It was not an easy sale due to my personal situation and also the complications during conveyancing but they proved very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you Wards of Hythe.
