Avoid at All Costs! Unprofessional, Misleading, and Utterly Inept! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Wards, and in particular James and Richard, has been nothing short of appalling. From start to finish, their handling of our property transaction has been riddled with incompetence, miscommunication, and what I can only describe as deliberate obfuscation.
