We have had such an amazing experience with Wards, Larkfield. We have been dealing with Brandon Boyd who has been absolutely amazing. He has kept us in the loop throughout the whole process - Brandon not only communicated accordingly but was always extremely reassuring when speaking on our weekly call. We are over the moon that this deal has got over the line and can only thank everyone At Wards, Larkfield for their hard work.

Avoid at All Costs! Unprofessional, Misleading, and Utterly Inept! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Wards, and in particular James and Richard, has been nothing short of appalling. We bought our first house with Wards at the start of this year. The process of purchasing a house once our offer was accepted and the communication was great and they were very supportive with any struggles with our solicitors. However, the viewing process was quite mismatched. We appeared to have two to three agents suggesting houses for us, which of course meant we had endless amounts of properties to review. We have recently bought our house through Wards Larkfield , and I would personally like to thank Brandon for his hard work, professionalism and friendliness throughout the whole process. Every time we needed to visit the property, he would always turn up on time and answer any questions we had. Wards have handled a probate sale for us and we have been very impressed with the speed of the sale, professionalism and friendly service of the Larkfield branch.
