We have just sold our home with wards. The team have been brilliant. One person in particular who I am so grateful to have had to speak to is Linzi Murphy. Any time I was worried or needed something doing Linzi was on the other end of the phone. She personally contacted me on occasion to check in. She has gone above and beyond and I am so happy to have had her on our side. The whole team are brilliant but Linzi in particular made my experience so much more easier. Thank you again.
This week I moved in to my new home and I absolutely love it. It’s a house I would never have even viewed had it not been for Linzi recommending I have a look. We have just bought our first home through Wards & very pleased with the service we received from the Loose branch. Amy was incredible right from the start of organising our first viewing & Jane was super helpful keeping track of our sale. Our only slight let down was the solicitors which are recommended but I guess all solicitors have their faults! Thankyou!
Ava Young was just great! She knew my requirements and took me to numerous houses. She communicated with me very effectively and was so patient with me through my house buying journey which was very long! She responded to my queries promptly, even those sent outside working hours. I registered my interest in a property advertised through Wards Loose branch, and Ava took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home, and was able to offer me a viewing for a different property that met all our requirements.
