W- Works Miracles A - Adept R - Reliable D - Diligent S - Supportive I would like to thank the Wards team that worked with us from the Loose branch, Abbey, Amy Ben, Vanesa and Zara. Although we haven’t yet found our house yet , I just want to say and praise all the girls that work in Loose and Bearsted branches , friendly , polite and really keep us in the loop with houses that are just coming on the market . We are hoping that we will be able to buy through wards soon! Thank you for keeping us up to date with everything ☺️Pauline Kearney and Alison Karmel .
We cannot thank Vanessa Reeve enough for all her help and support. She has been amazing throughout the whole process and as our dedicated sales progressor she has been able to keep everything moving, stepping in where necessary in order to minimise any delays proactively liaising with all parties concerned. Her willingness to help, great communication skills and empathy and kindness in what is a very stressful time has been greatly appreciated. A real asset to the amazing team.

Vikki then delivered the great news and was prompt and clear in getting the purchase process started. The whole team were brilliant whenever we called, the phones were always picked up quickly and everyone was friendly and... read more

She also understood that I would need the home adapted so that I can access all of the house, and she made suggestions as to where the adaptions could be made. I felt she was very open and honest. Not only did she help us source the ideal house, but she was also present at the viewings and helped with negotiations after. Overall an excellent exper... read more
