We are extremely pleased with our experience of Wards. Linzi Murphey was very good with understanding my specific needs and was extremely helpful. She was patient and very helpful. She also understood that I would need the home adapted so that I can access all of the house, and she made suggestions as to where the adaptions could be made. I felt she was very open and honest. Our Sales Progressor Vanessa has been invaluable during our purchase of a house through Wards Loose. She has kept us informed every step of the way and through every bump in the road. She was really empathetic, supportive, informative and always got back to us as quickly as possible. Overall Wards have been really great with communication both from booking viewings through to the end of the process. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time but when we do we will be back.
