Our Sales Progressor Vanessa has been invaluable during our purchase of a house through Wards Loose. She has kept us informed every step of the way and through every bump in the road. She was really empathetic, supportive, informative and always got back to us as quickly as possible. Overall Wards have been really great with communication both from booking viewings through to the end of the process. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time but when we do we will be back.

Any time I was worried or needed something doing Linzi was on the other end of the phone. She personally contacted me on occasion to check in.
