Terms have just been agreed for my purchase of a bungalow in West Kingsdown. Although the process ended up taking many months due to probate, Julia Speller and the team at Wards in West Kingsdown were so helpful in the earlier stages. Julia went the extra mile to answer all my queries and arrange the viewings of the property. Her local knowledge of the area was also of great benefit to me. After difficult experience with an 'online only' estate agent,who couldn't even get our property onto a website, we turned to Wards to sell my mother's park home. As a family we have been going through a rough time, and during this trying to move my grandmother back to the area, and Jules has done absolutely everything to make sure we able to view bungalows that suit our needs. Dan was great! He explained things in detail, listened attentively and my husband and my self felt relaxed in his company. We now exactly what we want to do moving forward, not quite convenient for us at the moment to proceed any further.
