Zero Stars. I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. A relative was denied clinical services because they do not speak English, and the staff would not allow me to translate for them during their appointments. Denying or limiting access to care because of a language barrier is unacceptable and leaves patients feeling excluded and helpless. I had a great experience!! Sometimes one of the most frustrating parts about medical care is how hard they make it to just schedule an appointment. This was NOT my experience with Warthan Amir Derm. They made it super easy to schedule and were very communicative along the way. Dr. Amir was amazing. She was thorough and professional and I will definitely be back. Top notch experience all the way around!
Super nice staff and doctors - very easy scheduling and very short wait time for my appointment when I got there. They answered all my questions and I was very happy with their suggested treatment protocol. Will definitely be using them in the future.
I’ve honestly never found a dermatologist that I’ve loved because they often are not familiar with BIPOC hair care that impacts scalp issues and BIPOC skin issues, but Dr. Amir was cool overall. However, during my last appointment, I arrived super early (35-45 mins) because I was in the area and I totally understood that doesn’t mean I would be seen earlier which was fine. But, to be taken back into an exam room 15 mins before my appt start time and not be seen until 35-40 minutes after my appt time was insane to me. However... read more
