Rico is absolutely amazing!! He is incredibly friendly, prompt, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and amazing at his craft. Our home looks night and day different, and will photograph beautifully in listing photos. Rico is wonderful at his craft, and you can tell he loves what he does. Our house washing was long overdue so any pressure washer would have made the house look better. What has stood out to me with Wash This Way is the level of care and communication they have had from initial contact to prepping and completing the job. He didn’t assume anything and reached out with questions and provided photos and videos along the way. I highly recommend for your next house washing!

Based upon positive community reviews, we received an estimate from Rico from Wash This Way, who was punctual and explained the process to us. Rico and his team did a great job cleaning our house, pool area including the pool cage, pavers and driveway. He also included the sidewalk, curb area and landscape boarders. He was careful with the pool cleanliness and ensured we were satisfied with day one. The following day they sanded the pavers and applied two coats of sealer. Rico and his assistant (sorry I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job! I am so happy with how everything looks. Rico is so personable and stays in touch during the entire job with updates and pictures. I would not hesitate to use them again!!
