I've replaced all 16 windows on my home over the last 8 years. Four of those windows were replaced by Washington Energy Services. I wash all of my windows every year. Never have I had a leak. Two of the Washington Energy Services windows leaked the first time I washed them, with visible water running down the back side of the window pane. Jason repaired our generator today. He was very professional. Arrived on time and skillfully completed the work earlier than he committed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Also I appreciate to Washington Energy Service. Our generator broke during the power outage that caused by the bomb cyclone (yes, per Murphy’s law). In spite of the high-demand calls from all of east side, they called me back quickly and dispatched the technician within a few days. Thank you!
Our entire experience with Washington Energy Services and Senior Service Technician Micah Moore was wonderful. Micah was professional, very efficient, and friendly. He serviced our furnace, and even took time to give me a quick tutorial on how to drain a hot water tank. We were very impressed by his knowledge and expertise, and politeness. We strongly recommend Micah!
I use Washington Energy Services for my yearly furnace maintenance, and I'm extra thankful for doing so this year! As the weather got colder this winter, my furnace started shutting off intermittently due to overheating. WES, specifically Jason and Chad, came out and diagnosed/fixed the issue promptly and without charge because I had done my maintenance with them.
