The technician, Gina, needs a major raise because she was so incredibly sweet, very thorough, ensured I was comfy during two MRIs, and extremely personable! A couple of the front office ladies were nice as well.
Della and the entire staff made you feel at ease. This is especially appreciated when you are getting a test done that could Provide results that will affect your life. Very easy to schedule an appointment, You did not have to wait an extended period of time to get in And there was not a long wait in the waiting room!! Very clean, accommodating, and professional!
I always dread going for a Mammogram, however going to Washington Radiology makes it a little nicer because everyone is so courteous and welcoming. You feel seen as an individual. Thank you Angel & Shannon!
Great experience at Washington Radiology at Foxhall. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was seen on time, the facility was clean and well organized, and the technologist made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone needing imaging services.
I went here for years until they refused to schedule a physician-ordered diagnostic mammogram due to cyst history and maternal cancer. My CD was picked up and hand delivered to another imaging facility but 2024 images were missing! I’ve been waiting over 2 hrs for them to be sent!
