I recently had an MRI and I can't say enough positive things about radiology tech, Stephanie. I almost canceled as the front desk girl was rushing me to get an earlier appointment than night time that I desperately needed. Everyone works and cannot always take off to get scans done. Being opened later in the evening saved me and countless others from missing out on our jobs. I'm glad I didn't cancel and followed through with my appointment. I went here for the first time today and got a MRI. I was very nervous. That quickly went away when I was taken back. The two women that were responsible for my MRI were so sweet they really put all my worries to rest. I would definitely go here again!

I made an appointment on line, which isn't really an appointment but I was called and had an appointment made very easily. When I arrived I filled out a few forms, of course the new COVID form and the good ole HIPA. The tech was ready for me right on time and, made me feel comfortable and at ease. After my CT Scan was over I waited about 3 minutes and was given a disc to give to my doctor. I hope I don't need to return but you never know. I would definitely use this facility again. Thank you.

It has been 15 days since my scan at Washington Radiology, Salisbury, MD and as of today, the scan has NOT been read or reviewed. This is delaying a diagnosis as well as treatment for the condition. I've never had such a problem with getting results back from a radiologist. I'm so disappointed that they have become so unreliable in a community with few options for this service.

I had to get a MRI without and with contrast dye. The technician inserted the IV incorrectly and dye pooled in my elbow. I could tell it wasn't right and squeezed the ball to stop the MRI. I told them the IV was leaking and didn't feel right. The tech still continued the MRI and I left with a bulge in my elbow from the dye. They said it would just be absorbed by the body. I paid my $100.00 copay for a MRI in April 2024. I paid cash. The end of Jan. 2025 I get a bill for $100.00. I had kept my receipt until the beginning of Jan. 2025 then threw it away. After all 8 months is plenty of time to get a bill pushed through the system. The thing is they won't give you any imaging until you pay the fee. That is also proof I paid. Not sure what they did with my money? Would never go there again. It's nice to have choices when you need imaging, but skip WASHINGTON IMAGING!

Dr. Christopher Ovanez cheated on his SAT exam. I sat next to this guy in Cardozo high school. Christopher Ovanez bragged that he would "cheat on his SAT exam and type answers in his scientific calculator." I assumed he would get caught. Last week I was searching doctors in the area and was disgusted to see the list. Christopher Ovanez is not a real doctor. Don't trust Washington Radiology if they can't review Dr. Ovanez's record. How did this guy slip past human resources.
