Very fast and efficient and got me in quick which I appreciate....however, diagnosed me with Covid and sent me on my way with a steroid when I knew there was more to it. Still wasn't feeling right days later, called back, they said don't come in and just called in more meds...but without seeing me to know the change in symptoms. Ended up going to a PCP since it was now Monday-diagnosed with pneumonia which nothing they were giving me would have treated. I can't say enough great things about the staff and facility. We left the Mercy-Go Heath Bentonville Urgent Care after being treated poorly by the front desk staff and my wife was refused care due to an error on their part. I called over here before we left the Mercy Urgent Care and was greeted in a manner that gave me the confidence that they cared for their patients. Best Urgent Care around. Front desk is always friendly and accommodating. Providers and nurses are educated and kind. Clean facility and incredible care.

I've been to this facility several times and they never disappoint. Everyone is so friendly here and they get you in and out as soon as possible. The staff is professional but always manage to put you at ease and make you feel better.

I had to make a decision to have an issue looked at that was very painful and scary and I must say from the moment I walked in to the very last person seeing me, all were exceptionally caring. They even went as far as to call me the next day and four days later still going out of their way to treat me. The PA that treated me was honest, caring and never once gave me an impression of the matter at hand being out of his scope. I will definitely recommend staff, facility and care to the next person who needs urgent care.

Thank you to Washington Regional Urgent Care for treating my daughters ear infection and for the superb customer service. I appreciated the smile and the empathy all the staff members showed us while in the office, especially since we are from out of town. I appreciated the apologetic nature they expressed for us having had to wait even though we expected to have to wait. Charged for medical services I didn't receive. After spending significant amounts of time on the phone trying to get an explanation I ended up with no help. Patient beware.
