Went in for a yellow jacket sting that caused my hand to swell. The front desk staff was friendly. Up front, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, but assured me they would be more than willing to see me that day. She even offered bottled water and snacks to the waiting patients. I tried to go because of the flu. They are such a rip off, Here's what to know. Firstly, I've been a licensed health and life agent for over 12 years. When a location accepts your insurance, they are either contracted or considered "deemed" which means they accept the plans conditions for payment. WRUC though, REQUIRES you to leave a debit card on file so they can add up to $300.00 additional past what they already agreed to accept in order to work with your insurance. this place is literally bullshit. the reason why is so "cheap" is because they RIP YOU OFF. I went in because i knew my body didn't feel right, and I knew I had a UTI, I got tested there and they told me that I was fine and that it came up clear, but when I took a test a home, I DID IN FACT HAVE AN INFECTION. You can't believe anything you hear from these doctors. they literally just let you get worse.
